Shipping and duties

Every order ships from our workshop in Vietnam.

Delivery

• Carrier: DHL Express, with tracking and insurance for the full order value.
• Time: 5–9 business days to the US after the order is packed. We pack within 2 business days.
• Cost: $25 flat. Free on orders over $250.
• A signature may be required on delivery.

US import duties

Since August 2025, US Customs charges duty on all imported parcels, including small ones. Duty on gemstones and jewelry from Vietnam depends on the item and the current tariff rate.

If duty is charged, DHL will contact you to pay it, plus their processing fee, before delivery. This amount is not included in the price you pay us. If you would like an estimate before ordering, email us the item and your ZIP code.
